When animals attack...I once, accidentally, punched a racoon.
It had wandered into my tent, I was half asleep and thought it was a mate pratting around. There was a yelp and then all hell broke loose.

Gerbil JewelleryMy brother was convinced that his new pet gerbil was purring when he stroked it. As he held it close to his ear to listen to it's chattering, the gerbil sunk his overgrown front teeth into Matt's earlobe. Not happy with the immense pain he had caused by the piercing, he decided to hold on for a bit while Matt danced round the room. How I laughed.
That was the end of the brother-gerbil friendship.
