Power cuts, internet outages, mild inconvenience to your daily lives - how did you cope? Tell us your tales of pointless panic buying and hiding under the stairs.

Got to Golder's Green about 20min later than I planned -- to discover the station closing as I arrived and everyone being ushered out. As I was "at the back" (now front, as everyone's turned round), I managed to grab a bus to Victoria to get a coach; there I noticed a lot of people milling around, and quite a lot of cancellations, but didn't think much of it. Got the coach out of Victoria...
... when I reached my destination, one of the first things I saw was a pub TV announcing the bombings. If I'd been on time to Golder's Green, I'd've been on the tube when shit went down. And I caught the last bus out of Victoria before a bus exploded and they shut those down too.
Shit.
