All Academia is like this....For example, 'Psycologists' do a degree, do their Post Doc and Masters, do their PHD, become lecturer, Senior Lecturer, PL, Departmental Head, basing their research on the only subjects they can get to take part in their studies - other Psycology Students - never having left the same institution for 20+ years, spouting the same stuff over and over like a human centipede of bollocks going around and around feeding itself.
Occasionally, getting interviewed for some random piece of news on TV-AM at 7:20am....
Never had proper jobs...
