Went to find out about thatSadly when i went to a lawyer I was told I had no grounds since the bank couldn't have known the dollar pound exchange would move so much and I had no contract with them to return my money for a certain date. The financial ombudsman has been good however and it looks like I will get a settlement much closer to my losses soon (although it has taken months). An even more boring reply but there you go.
God Im boring myself now.
