It meansthat its a bit late to do anything about it, so just carry on, but move upstairs. Kicking up a stink, or standing there retching, is not really the done thing, it will only make the poor woman feel even worse. I've had it happen a couple of times, but didn't get "blooded", due to having a good sense of taste. Not that you really wanted to know that!
