I like Stellabut then I'm blessed with a fairly cast iron stomach. I'm only human though and after a few days of heavy drinking I have to quit or I'm creased. It's all a matter of finding what works for you and what doesnt. The ride is fun! I have mates who can lower pint after pint of Guinness and buckle under a brace of lagers and vice versa. For low-chemical content in your beers, stick to the Germans. We all have much to thank them for :)
