It wasn't until the b3ta mods read the Flashman novels that we changed from mild-mannered computer operators into heavily-whiskered copulators, poltroons and all round bastards in a well-known cavalry regiment.

Very, very true. Just write...and believe me the busier you are the easier it is strangely enough. When I set aside time - a week off for example, when I'm going to Write...I end up baking, gardening, visiting friends, going shopping, reading...anything in fact to avoid sitting down and writing. However, when I'm up to my eyes in other stuff I manage to eke out small chunks of time - half an hour here, an hour there, and end up writing far, far more.
Just do it.
