This is where flashers go wrong.
Apparently, some flashers display their goods in the expectation that they will interest women. Their reasoning is that, as they themselves are aroused by women's bodies, women must also be turned on by theirs.
In which case, they think, best cut to the chase and get the most interesting bits out first.

The clue in your case is that she says ''HA! BALLS!' rather than 'Mmm, woooow, balls!'
