Met Humph and his band..........and they were the nicest bunch of people you could ever meet. The trombonist didn't seem the slightest bit drunk. In fact all of them seemed quite drunk indeed!
I'm honoured to have met the glorious Humph before he kicked the bucket and his jazz-band was one of the greatest performances I've ever seen.
I got him to sign a CD that I'd just bought and to this day occasionally look at it and remember the great man that he still is.
