My daughter got taught to call it "Mr. Tall Finger"In kindy. I quickly changed it to Mr Rude Finger and it gets an outing by her quite regularly when I'm going all road-ragey at someone who's just cut me off etc.
lulz for responses from other drivers for copping the finger from a snarling 7 yo.
