Do you mean just holding an empty cone to your head?I thought you meant a loaded cone sticking there from the natural adhesion of the ice cream, and I doubt the plausibility of this.

Muhuh.T'works... cornettos etc don't, Silly soft ice cream don't.... but proper 99 scoops do.
