Try and track down Paul GabbuttHe owns the www.enterpriseinns.co.uk domain, currently parked up. If he's grabbed the domain 'cos they fucked him over, could be the makings of a plan!
There's only one Paul Gabbutt (one Paul Gaaaaa-buuuuutttt...) on Facebook, good place to start?
Edit: Googling "paul gabbutt" publican puts him as a one-time regional manager for Pubmaster.
