Point of Note......unless it is specifically written into a contract you actually signed (and even then it's dubious because it's an 'unreasonable expectation') you can't be sacked for posting whatever you like on the web. The exception to this is if you actually use the company name in a 'derogatory manner' (this counts as gross negligence, which is actually the only real reason you can be 'summarily dismissed'.) So don't post your company name and you'll be fine.
If they DO sack you, expect a nice, large settlement from them at the hearing for unfair dismissal.
