Clients Are StupidI once had to train a client on how to use their new website. I said, "point the mouse at that button." They looked at me with a quizzical expression, picked up the mouse and held it to the screen. Can you beat this bit of client stupidity?

I used to work for a (then major) ISPon the phones. this was back in 1997 when (i hope this has changed) people weren't as clued up as they are now. I used to get a lot of calls from people asking if they could download the whole internetas 'it costs too much in phone bills to look at it while i'm dialed up'
I also had to talk people through signing up over the phone, it would get to the point when i would ask them what type of modem they had (so i could set it up) and they would reply 'what!?! i need a computer?!? can't i get the internet through my television?'
those were long days ...
