Well...visually, it depends on the woman, doesn't it?
In mean, a woman with a tiny waist and narrow hips looks hot with small boobs. A woman with a large butt and heavy thighs needs to have big boobs to balance it out.
A woman with a tiny waist and narrow hips who has big boobs looks strange and generally like she's had plastic surgery. And having experienced fake boobs, I can say that I'm not really a fan.
