I don't understand the attraction
Smaug says: Ricky Gervais. Lesbian pr0n. Going into a crowded bar, purely because it's crowded. All these things seem to be popular with everybody else, but I just can't work out why. What leaves you cold just as much as it turns everyone else on?

Slash Fiction!
Why the hell do people want to read/write about two people that don't exist or they don't know boning each other up the arse?!

I had a friend
who was seriously into this. I found out only when she asked me to spellcheck/edit her story for her. It was a bit strange, but when I asked her why she was into it (it wasn't sex just a getting together story) she said that (a) two men getting it on was hotter and (b) she didn't need to do any character development since the characters were already written about. Though I doubt JK Rowling wrote Harry as gay

Thank god!
I thought I was the only one who hated slash fiction. Especially when most slash fiction is nothing more than PWP. I get slash fiction if it's been written about characters who are gay in canon, but fuck off if you expect me to read that Harry Potter is shagging Ron Weasley up the arse.
