Have you carried out a successful con? Perhaps you hustled a few quid off a stranger, or defrauded a multi-national company. Or have you been taken for the wide-eyed, naive rube that you are?

Pay to bring, pay to take away ...I too find it entertaining how water companies charge you to deliver (what passes as) fresh water to your abode, then charge you again to get rid of it ...
There is a meter on the incoming stuff, but none on the outgoing. My friends are an EnviroNut lot, so piss in a bottle and pour it onto a reed bed (lovely crop of 'herb' every year hidden between the reeds) but still get charged as if they had pissed it down the bog. Likewise they siphon the bathwater to water the garden (lovely crop of ... oh). Charged twice. "Rip-Off Britain"?
What gives?
