Have you carried out a successful con? Perhaps you hustled a few quid off a stranger, or defrauded a multi-national company. Or have you been taken for the wide-eyed, naive rube that you are?

You could be right...
What annoyed me was the fact that they attempted to justify the charges as being "average" when they clearly weren't.
I guess I suspected some neighbourly water meter related skullduggery but the fact remains that a) I was metered and b) I was charged a fucking fortune.
Actually, come to think of it I was dating the younger sister of the guy who used to read my meter... Begins to make sense now...
