i agree with Reverend Fister...I feel sorry for your dog being stuck with such a jerk for an owner.
I don't mind helping out those who truly need the help.......and let's face it, if the state mental hospitals in the US hadn't been shut down years ago, then we wouldn't have nearly as many homeless people......the psych ward revolving door isn't working. but on the other hand, there are those who are drunks, addicts, or to lazy to work.
in short, get a job you prick.
