Crap meals outI'd chosen to take my in-laws to one of my favourite restaurants, only to discover it had changed hands the week before. We waited half an hour to get menus. The waitress broke the cork in the wine we ordered. She got our order wrong. The food was luke-warm, mine was overcooked, the rest was undercooked. After waiting another 40 minutes for the last course, we were told that we couldn't have any as the chef had "forgotten to de-frost the puddings".
Let's just say they didn't get a tip. Tell us of your crap meals out.

Kebab Shop HorrorAt my local kebab shop up north. I used to go in quite regularly, usually early in the evening. I got to know the people who worked there and would usually chat for ten mintues or so before ordering.
The owner was telling me he had to let the police through the back. There was a large service and delivery area behind the shops and the main gate was locked. A stray dog had got in there and couldn't get out.
Young couple walk in and are looking at the pizza menu. Just as...
Policeman walks round from the back of the shop carrying a sad looking labrador:
"Large donner please with lots of chilli sauce" I said, just as he walked past the pizza couple.
They were still open mouthed and hadn't moved as I carried my food parcel out a few minutes later...
