That's the ironyIt's bang on with comparable properties and what people seem to think is fair, but so far we've had 3 buyers pull out when they've failed to qualify for the mortgage they've needed.
One couple, both full time permanently employed with decent incomes and a 10% deposit but didn't qualify for a £90k mortgage between them!
