Sounds very legendyFriend of a friendy, rumours centred around local takeaways cooking pets, sounds very legendy...
Plus dog microchips are tiny, size of a grain of rice if that. It would be hard to tell if it was a microchip without putting it under some sort of magnification.
Don't let that get in the way of a good yarn though...
