This is a question Cringe!

Chickenlady winces, "I told a Hugh Grant/Divine Brown joke to my dad, pretending that Ms Brown was chewing gum so she'd be more American. Instead I just appeared to be still giving the blow-job. Even as I'm writing this I'm cringing inside."

Tell us your cringeworthy stories of embarrassment. Go on, you're amongst friends here...

Right up there
with "they mostly come at night, mostly" from Aliens. Cracking film, but evertime I hear that line I wince and grind my teeth...

just like in cooking,
cheese can very often enhance a film. i find independence day rather good fun.

but that line and also 'in the words of my generation, up yours'

seem to me to be a little beyond the pale. also, one could argue they mark a high watershed in hollywood cheese. there has been cheese since, but not i think on a par.
