Cunning PlansI once devised a totally foolproof cunning plan to attract the attention of bikini-clad women, which - as you might imagine - failed miserably. We had a similar theory while at uniThat the local bike shops were going around pinching pedals, saddles, brakes etc. off bikes so people would come in to buy a new one.
Probably not true but sounds like a plan.
