YupPretty damned high. They operate on the shoot first, then shoot again, then shoot it again to see if its still bleeding, then take a bribe, then maybe ask questions policy.
That was the start of a week where I saw 6 bodies. I only usually saw one a week.
You ever see Bus 174? My mother was in the traffic jam behind that.
