I get this too...I also have it where not only can I not move, I can't breathe. I can't encourage my lungs to do anything and I lie there with a brief impression of what it must be like to asphyxiate.
It was terrifying at first, then scary, and now it's little more than irritating. I know what's going on, and I know that in about ten seconds (which will feel like two minutes) everything will be alright again.
