Often the things we look forward to the most turn out to be a huge let down. As Freddy Woo puts it, "High heels in bed? No fun at all. Porn has a lot to answer for."

I'm not surprised you're low
it must feel horrible.

Start making concrete plans - even if you don't put them into practice yet, it'll give you an immediate lift (even if just a small one!)

Edit: I don't mean plans *involving* concrete - wasn't making Brookside-esque suggestions!
