Thing isI've got no problem with the songs and the tougher instrumentation, it's how they are pathetically mismatched with the new singer's voice.
If you're going to be heavy hire someone with some power - they don't have to be a Tarja clone but for christ sake they must be able to summon forth more than an asthmatic squawk or ends up embarrasing.
