Swimming poolThe best way to have sex in a swimming pool is in the shallow end, with your partner holding onto the bar at the edge, and doing it 'doggy'ish.
Don't do it in the roped off lanes though, they moan at you.
(Seriously, get a job in a pool, and offer to lock up at night !!!)
