I've never cared about my own birthdaysI have suffered the curse of being born in the wake of Christmas, so everyone's very poor when my birthday rolls around. I've known this since I was about 8, so I never expect much.
My best birthday was my 20th, and it was pretty much the same as any other Friday night out with friends. That was good enough for me.
