EDIT:
I have just seen the most disgusting advert. In a kind of SATC way, there are some ladies wot lunch. One sits down looking miserable, and another says "bad hair day?"
She replies: "No, when I went to the loo it was really hard and it hurt!"
She then gets some caring advice (take this product, it helps soften your poo), and they finish on a joke:
"I had a painful shit once..."
"But then she got rid of him."
Laugh? I nearly passed a solid turd. :)
