They has disappointedFrom "Load" onwards. Metallica that is.
I have become that kvlt about Metallica, that I can only listen to "Kill 'Em All", "Ride The Lightning" and "Master of Puppets".
If I hear anything that isn't from them albums on Rock Nights, you won't see me windmilling on the dancefloor to it.
Basically, it seems to happen with a lot of bands. They get several albums down the line and run out of ideas, or alter on a detrimental level, or get plain lazy.
