Reasons why Tennant wont regenerate next Saturday1) Tennant has already started filming the Christmas special (Against the Cybermen)
2) the whole point of the series being nothing but a bunch of special episodes next year was so Tennant could do both Dr Who and Hamlet
The general guessing from a site I usual visit (regarding Dr Who) is that the hand in the jar will be used in some way.
