the 'requires experience' bit -unless it's obviously true that you couldn't do the job without experience, ignore it. Apply anyway and a lot of the time you'll get an interview, because while the ideal candidate has 3-5 years experience, the cheap candidate has none and can be taught to do things "their way" in a very short time anyway.
