There's a difference betweensaying something that pissed someone or a group of someones off because you phrased something badly, and coming into a discussion and saying things specifically designed to piss off as many people as possible. The first case is something that almost anyone might do, either through being dense or just from being careless. The second is the act of a malicious little cunt.
Spimf may have annoyed people here and there at one time or another, but I haven't seen him trying to be offensive. Rathen is being intentionally unpleasant. That's why spimf doesn't get blocked but Rathen does.
