Apparently............. Australia is the only country in the world that EATS it's national symbols - both of them in fact. Kangaroo and the emu.
As for myself, I find 'roo meat a little too "gamey" in flavour.
Koala, now THERE is a meat worth salivating over.
(Only because it's not quite as sweet as platypus)
