@bazmorningstarAgreed. She is either evilly manipulative or batshit mental, but either way, bad news.
Actually, I think the best course of action would probably be to refuse to play games - sit her down, tell her straight how you feel and that you won't put up with her messing you around like that. And walk away if she continues such behaviour.
