Oh yesAnd the lovely BBC scheduling Pink Panther right after Bowls/Golf/Horseracing.
Yep, eight year old me would be waiting for the cartoons.... And waiting.... And waiting....
Meanwhile the thrilling conclusion to a World Cup bowls match was played on my TV instead.
