Mistaspakkaman's rightKeep trying. Despite what the job description says, if you can impress the prospective employer enough by blowing your own trumpet (truthfully, mind) on your application form, and manage to get an interview, at that point it depends on how you come across to them.
Employers are humans too*, and whether you have experience or not, you may be able to convince them you're the person for the job by being willing to learn and showing initiative.
*with some possible exceptions in the financial sector
