Nothing Berko has to offerCould compare to the Steamcoach in Boxmoor in its prime around 1993. There were plenty of places in Hemel where 16 year olds could get served (3 Horseshoes @ Winkwell was a fave, Fishery Inn Boxmoor was a second choice)... but at 14, it was the Steamcoach, or nothing, if you were a guy anyway.
Drugs werent so much tolerated as mandatory. Got a bit violent when rival dealers tried to use it at the same time...
