Is there a chance,given that he admitted coming on to an unwilling member of staff, that he was a creepy misguided twat and deserved to be sacked for sexual misconduct?
Sounds like he made out it was a 'conspiracy' when in actual fact it was pretty straightforward.

it would be quite normal to think thatbut he really was very determined when it came to telling the truth. he just didn't have the brains to concoct a lie like that.
