Or just reduce the amount of chicken orderedSell up everything then close early and avoid the hassle of drunken yobs at stupid o'clock in the morning, it also depends on order quantities, when ordering more burgers do you need to order by the case, or can you just get a couple more thrown in, but that's not really my point.
Over ordering leads to waste, but so many companies do it for fear of upsetting a customer and would rather have something then not sell it, than not be able to sell someone something they asked for.
