Equally irritatingPeople who, on being charged £9.88, spend the next five minutes fumbling for the exact change, blissfully unaware of the queue building up behind them. Then, after an eternity of saying "Hang on, I'm sure I've got a 1p coin in here somewhere", they finally admit defeat and hand over the crisp tenner they should have used in the first place.
