I prefer CanadaSame approach to service but they sound like they actually care (they may not care, but they sound like they do!)
Actually , except for Bell Canada, Bell Canada can shove their laughingly monikered 'support line' up their tradesmen's entrance. They sound as though they are enjoying toying with you.
