Springs in letterboxesAbout a year ago I read a story about a postman who had lost the tip of his finger in someone's letterbox because of the strong spring in it and was awarded £16,000.
A few months before that I was at the door of my mates house and I did the same but I only lost my nail so i was awarded nothing but weeks of 'Mr. Letterbox' as a nickname.
The End.
Moral of the story: Beware of letterboxes.
