This bloke is in his 60's always goes to Rosies in Chester (it's a bit of a dive) done up to the 9's and dances with all the pretty girls who go there...

I've think I've seen him
I remember a few years ago there was also an old man (at least in his 80s!) that would go out in Warrington dressed in his best suit and war medals on his jacket, to dance with all the young girls.
