this should winthere's a black guy in Kilburn (in his late 50s/60s I'd guess) who appears to have beamed straight down from Uncle George Clinton's Funkadelc Mothership.
Purple velvet pimp suits and wicked bright blue funky shades. It's like he's fallen through some kind of time-hole in mid-70s Harlem.
