Dancing Kenfamous in cheltenham, he seems to walk around the town centre in his fantastically eccentric clothes, cowboy hat and credit card earrings. I think he raises money for charity, but I'm not entirely sure, and he met the queen once, cut his hair especially for her.

Dancing Ken!O he's brilliant, Cheltenham's Monster Raving Looney Party candidate! His house is covered in polka dots, right in the town centre. Definately a character, but i've heard he's losing his sight, shame really, a local legend :)
