My boyfriend's life ambitionis to become eccentric, does that make him eccentric? If not I shall point him in the direction of this QOTW for lessons.
Although probably if you attempt to become eccentric that makes you uneccentric.
I just wish I had enough money to be eccentric!

Good point actuallyIf you own a country manor and dress like a penguin and call everyone Billy, you're eccentric.
