If its any consolationI really appreciated it when the paramedics picked me up from the bottom of the stairs I had just fallen down and after hitting the wall at the bottom was rendered somewhat unconscious. Dont remember much more except waking up in a touch of pain in a hospital but it was the paramedics who got me there :)
